How we give back..
Community Outreach
We believe that while finance is important, community comes first. Beyond supporting our clients, We are deeply committed to meaningful initiatives, including partnering with the St Vinnies Soup Van, promoting mental health awareness, donating blood and plasma, and supporting local fundraising efforts. These actions reflect our ongoing dedication to creating genuine impact and fostering a culture of generosity within the community we serve.

Red Cross Life Blood
We actively support the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood program through regular blood and plasma donations.
Our team, led by Sadish, participates in donation drives throughout the year, encouraging clients and partners to get involved and create a wider ripple effect of impact. Collectively, the PFA team has contributed 32.85 litres of donations, helping support patients including cancer patients, trauma cases, and premature babies. This reflects our ongoing commitment to community wellbeing and a people-first culture.

Our team volunteers proudly support the St Vinnies Soup Van through regular, hands-on volunteering.
We help prepare and serve meals, contributing to meaningful improvements, like upgrading the long-standing “hot dog dinner” to a warm meat pie, aiming to deliver over 10,000 hot meals daily.
This partnership has become part of our culture, uniting staff, clients, and partners in a shared commitment to giving back and supporting Melbourne’s homeless community.

Supporting ManTalk, a movement dedicated to improving men’s mental health, Sadish and the PFA team help break the stigma around seeking help.
Through events and engagement, they create safe spaces for men to share, connect, and be heard. This work reduces isolation, promotes wellbeing, and brings the mortgage community together around a shared commitment to support men both personally and professionally.
